This magnificent villa is located on the first line at the sea in the town Kapparis, in Protaras.
Restaurants (Chinese, Italian), local taverns and minimarkets are in 5 minutes of walking from a villa. Opposite to a country house there are two beaches: the equipped beach with chaise lounges and umbrellas and not equipped beach which, it is possible to tell, is almost private. In 5 minutes of a driving by a taxi the large supermarket Orfanides is located.
