The minute you walk into Leonies By The Sea you are overwhelmed with positive energy and the mood is set into the laid back tranquility of the crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean.
This luxury villa has been designed with every care to detail and the tasteful touch of the owner is prominent throughout. The large open space ground floor features a dining table that seats 12 persons a fully equipped spacious kitchen with breakfast table and a living room with large sofas and large wide screen flat TV.
The stainless steel round staircase that connects the floors is simply a work of art and the whole front site is made of glass sliding doors so you can enjoy the unobstructed sea views form every point of the house and when you open them up they join the inside with the fully decked pool area which is complete with rattan furniture.
Leonies By The Sea has five en-suite double rooms that feature super comfortable waterbeds and ceiling fans. One of the four double bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and its en-suite bathroom has a corner bathtub as well as a shower enclosure. The two frontline double bedrooms have full glass walls to take maximum benefit of the beautiful full sea views. The fifth bedroom which is also en-suite has two large bank beds and a large TV and DVD player. On the basement of the house there is an office/utility room with separate shower room that can sleep a further 2 persons upon request. .
In total, Leonies By The Sea can comfortably sleep 12 persons. The whole house is air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi and cable TV

Booking conditions
Booking conditions:
1) When you have chosen your accommodation and you make a request to us to book it, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the cost of the booking
2) Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
3) Cancellation fees:
- More than 60 days prior to your arrival date: you will lose your deposit.
- Between 59 and 30 days prior to your arrival date: 50% of the total accommodation rent.
- 29 days or less you will be charged the full accommodation cost.
4) Check-in is normally after 17:00hrs (5pm) local time. Check-out is by 10:00hrs (10am) local time. Failure to vacate the accommodation by 10:00hrs (10am) local time, will result in a charge of EUR 150.00 for the first hour and a further EUR 100.00 for each hour thereafter, being taken, from firstly your security deposit and secondly from your credit/debit card.
5) In day of arrival you must give Security Deposit of EUR 500.00 to cover the cost of any damages or breakages to or at the property. This must be paid on the day of your arrival at check in office by credit/debit card. If no damages or breakages have been caused your card will be refunded. This can take up to 28 days. NO CASH CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR SECURITY DEPOSITS.
