Villa Martina is located in a suburb of Protaras, Kapparis. Kapparis offers a wide range of local bars, shops, restaurants, super markets, fruit markets & of course several fantastic local beaches (walking distance from the villa)
The villa has extra privacy and is set on a quiet complex with wonderful sea views, our guests can also enjoy the non obstructed sea views from the roof garden on the top level.
Outside offers a private swimming pool with sun loungers, BBQ and a private driveway.
Inside offers plenty of open plan space throughout. The living room offers a comfortable seating area. The Kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher. The dining room area can seat up to 8 persons. The 1st double bedroom(en-suite) is located on the ground floor which leads out onto the veranda with sea views.; Guest WC. A further 3 bedrooms are found on the 1st floor, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom which share the family bathroom and an en-suite master bedroom that leads onto a balcony with sea views. A very spacious 5th double bedroom is located via the indoor staircase leading to the lower floor with a sauna room, shower room and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Booking conditions
Booking conditions:
1) When you have chosen your accommodation and you make a request to us to book it, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the cost of the booking
2) Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
3) Cancellation fees:
- More than 60 days prior to your arrival date: you will lose your deposit.
- Between 59 and 30 days prior to your arrival date: 50% of the total accommodation rent.
- 29 days or less you will be charged the full accommodation cost.
4) Check-in is normally after 17:00hrs (5pm) local time. Check-out is by 10:00hrs (10am) local time. Failure to vacate the accommodation by 10:00hrs (10am) local time, will result in a charge of EUR 150.00 for the first hour and a further EUR 100.00 for each hour thereafter, being taken, from firstly your security deposit and secondly from your credit/debit card.
5) In day of arrival you must give Security Deposit of EUR 500.00 to cover the cost of any damages or breakages to or at the property. This must be paid on the day of your arrival at check in office by credit/debit card. If no damages or breakages have been caused your card will be refunded. This can take up to 28 days. NO CASH CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR SECURITY DEPOSITS.
