The complex has secure territory, communal swimming pool and children's playground. The house itself is located inside the complex staying away from the noisy roads.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite in master bedroom) and a guest toilet downstairs. There is a laundry area with washing and dryer machines. The ground floor comprises also a living area with home cinema and fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge and all other gadgets.
There is a separate garage for a car. The private swimming pool is heated. The garden has a barbecue area with a big screen.
The sitting area is very comfortable and cozy making it an ideal place for spending time outside.
The property is fully air-conditioned and has central heating (diesel).
There is an alarm system as well. Custom-made for everyone's needs.
Booking conditions
Minimum nights of stay – 14 nights. Less than 14 nights an extra charge of 100 – 150 euro will be applied (in this case minimum nights of stay is 5 nights).
According to rules, time of check-in is after 15:00, time of check-out is before 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out makes a reservation in addition. In case of availability of Premises is possible to prolong stay till 18:00.
Prices are per night.
Electricity (€0.35 /kWh) & water (€3 /m3) expenses are extra paid as per meter reading - upon departure.
Refundable deposit €1000 against damages is to be paid upon arrival.
Cleaning services and bed linen change can be provided upon request in additional cost.
Final Cleaning - 150 euro.
