Mothers of young children will appreciate the fact that this property has no swimming pool, making it entirely safe for children and allowing them a lot of space to play. If more space is required, a near football-sized grass field right in front of the property is an asset that is enjoyed by children of all the houses that touch upon it. With a mix of local and overseas holiday makers, this is a destination that will allow you to make friends to return to.
Touching the grass field is a nature trail, an excellent departure point for exploration, discovery, for a walk, a jog or mountain biking. The trail runs along the coast throughout its length and connects to the E4 European Nature Trail system designated in this particular area-Europe's Best Nature Trails.
On the first floor the villa features 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two doubles one of which has an en-suite bathroom and one with two single beds.
IMPORTANT NOTE: From Mid July 2018 Until April 2019, expect noise from construction due to the renovation of a block of Hotel Apartments that is adjacent to the complex of these villas. Even though you cannot see the construction from the garden and the patio of the villa the noise is audible. Please enquire for further clarifications.
