Property sales in Cyprus increased by 26%

Property sales in Cyprus have been growing for
six consecutive months!
According to the Land Registry Department there were 335 sales contracts signed this August, while last year at the same period there were only 266.
Although, a number of sales has slightly dropped in Nicosia and Paphos, in Limassol it has doubled! There is a 122.8% increase in property sale in Limassol. In Larnaca and Famagusta the annual property sales growth has also increased. In Larnaca it grew by 35% and in Paphos by 8.7%.
Over the last year, overall there were 2,995 sales contracts deposited at the Land Registry Office. This is 23.2% more than in the same period during the year 2013.
