New luxury project at Limassol

The end of the outgoing 2016 was marked by a new luxury project – Terra Tower, which was presented by Lebanese company at an exhibition in Beirut. Project consists of 10 luxurious apartments, on top of a double high commercial plinth – ultimately suitable for a nice club or restaurant – on the shore line of Limassol, Cyprus. It’s an elegant and unique tower, in a recreational beach area, close to the sea and part of the holiday entertainment zone of the city. The concept consists of a set completely unique stacked villa’s on top of each other. On every floor one luxurious apartment is realized. To fully enhance the living experience on this scenic location we propose a 360 degrees open and fluent panoramic floor plan on every level. To maximize this concept a structural scheme was customize with no load bearing elements in the facade line, but only cantilevering beams and floor plates sticking out from the core. By adding a private swimming pool, a small garden and a generous terrace in different positions to the standard plan on every floor, project are able to shape all floors into unique forms, like a set of horizontal clouds. The glazed facades in between the structural horizontal plates can be fully opened, transforming the apartment into an ‘indoor-outside’ space, with direct accessibility to the private pool, garden or terrace. To fully enhance the living experience on this scenic location Terra Tower propose a 360 degrees open and fluent panoramic floor plan on every level. The standard size of all apartments is 165 m2, including approximately 25 m2 of covered balcony areas, excluding the 3 added, but non covered outside spaces. With the restaurant on the ground floor the total area of the building will be 1813 m2. The building is design so that each floor represents a single home, boasting interiors able to be opened for an indoor/outdoor living space, with the outdoor spaces made up private pools, gardens, and terraces.
