NEW SEAFRONT PROJECT IN LIMASSOL

The overseas design team in collaboration with the technical and marketing divisions has now completed the design scheme of THE GALLERY, the new seafront project in Limassol. 

Over the past months various members of the British team of consultants, including the lead designer and world renowned architect Tom Wright, Expedition Structural Engineers and Red Engineering and members of the local teams of consultants, have been meeting for consultations on the project.

THE GALLERY’s front entrance is situated on the Limassol promenade, just a short walk from the very fashionable and recently redeveloped Marina. Its incredible glass façade aims to bring the light and air of the beach into the core of the development to create a perfectly breathable space that epitomizes the concept of top-end Mediterranean living. THE GALLERY will be a significant addition to the major development seen in the surrounding area which includes the Limassol Marina, the Wooden Pier, the Molos Park and the old harbour. The project aims to connect the coastal road and Molos Park with a public pedestrian bridge which will pass through THE GALLERY square and end on St Andrews Street. THE GALLERY will bring vibrancy and life to the surrounding area with its various public restaurants and cafes located in the square of the project as well as unite the project with the adjacent unique Municipal Arts Centre giving the overall area more breathing space with an artistic and cultural flair.
