16-story tower in Limassol
In Limassol, in the Germasogeia area, it is planned to build
a 16-story tower 71.7 m high called “Mandarin Park, which is a mixed
development of commercial and residential real estate. The project, estimated
at 16 million euros, is owned by Mandarin Park Mediterranean LTD.
The tower will consist of 36 apartments, including studios, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments and a penthouse designed to the highest standards. A whole technical floor, two floors for a fitness center, spa and pool, as well as a rooftop garden will be allocated. The plan also includes 98 underground parking spaces, of which six will be designed for people with disabilities, and bicycle parking will be equipped.
The proposed development falls under the urban planning of Limassol and is located in the administrative borders of the municipality of Germasogeia. It is located on the corner of Vasileos Georgiou I Avenue and Ampelakion Street. The other three towers — Marr Tower, I100, and Icon- are all located at a very short distance. Part of the existing buildings at the project location, namely the abandoned aparthotel Maroza, must be demolished.
Demolition and construction work is expected to begin in 18 months or two years; completion should take at least three years.
