New block in Crown Plaza hotel

A project to build an adjacent eight-story wing to the Crown Plaza has been submitted to the Environmental Department for approval. The hotel owners decided to add a new block of 22 rooms to the main building. Standard rooms will be built on the lower four floors, and suites with living rooms and kitchens on the upper floors. A rooftop garden will be built overlooking the sea and the city. An  underground parking lot will also be built.

On the south side, a hall for conferences and entertainment will be erected, and on the east side - a room for a spa, massage rooms and a sauna.

The new wing adjacent to the hotel supports the trend of recent years, completing the construction of a separate block of rooms or apartments, the owners of which can use the hotel's infrastructure. At one time, many Limassol hotels completed new blocks, which were successfully sold (4 seasons, St. Raphael, Mediterannean, Amara ....).
