Characteristics of the villa:
The villa is located in front of the beach in the quiet village of Argaka, approximately 8 min. drive of the main town of Polis. It has luxury furnishing, A/C in all rooms fully equipped with all appliances and satellite TV with vast choice of channels.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor (a master one with TV and a further twin) and two on the first floor (the master with TV). All have an-en suite bathroom or shower room. All have sea views and furnished terraces.
A small kitchenette on the hallway of the 1st floor and a guest WC on the ground floor. Outside there are gardens, ample space for parking several cars, covered veranda, large 9x4,5m private pool with walk-in steps, pool shower, BBQ, 8 sunbeds, parasols, table & chairs. From the garden/pool area there is a short path with white pebbles which leads directly to the sandy beach. The location and views really are second to none. A perfect oasis on the beach.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee percolator, juicer, toaster, kettle.
Living Room: Lounge (luxurious cream leather sofas, a triple, a double and 4 armchairs, a Sky sat. TV with a multitude of channels, DVD player, stereo system, A/C).
Dining (the teak dining table has seating for 8 people. There is also a high chair and a refrigerator.
There are also a cot, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, burglar alarm system, iron & iron board, hairdryers.
