This unique three-bedroom Villa is the latest addition to the ‘Mythos Collection’ – our highest category of residence. This spectacular villa is perfectly located within walking distance of the Resort’s Village Square, without however missing out on having a majestic view with every detail been carefully sought after to make it one of the most elegant of properties.
Villa Cypris upholds great standards of luxury, comfort and finesse with lavished Roberto Cavalli furnishing decorating every corner of this contemporary property. The grand entrance to this bungalow is a lavish living area beautifully furnished with warm toned sofas facing the beautiful feature fireplace.
The modern kitchen blends with the living space and the pearly white kitchen units and worktops offer a minimalistic yet chic feel to the space. The four bar stools around the kitchen unit allow for the perfect spot for a glass of wine, while waiting for food to be prepared. All modern conveniences are provided including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave and dishwasher.
The ground flour features a guest WC, and 2 of the bedrooms with the third bedroom located on the lower level of this luxurious home. An archway separates the living area from the bedrooms and the corridor leading to them. The first of the three bedroom features a double-bed with an en-suite shower room. French doors allow for direct access to the garden and pool. The second bedroom on the same level also features an elegant double-bed, and although it does not offer an en-suite shower a separate bathroom is available on the same floor just along the corridor featuring a large bath tub.
The marble staircase that leads to the lower level, where the largest of the bedrooms is located with a lavish king-sized bed. The design of the room exudes luxury and elegance. The large scale en-suite with a spacious shower beautifully decorated with dark wood and dark marble.
Outside, the villa offers the most exquisite panoramic sea view. With the main feature of the outside area being a large infinity pool, guests can enjoy swimming whilst enjoying the idyllic view. A barbeque area with a sink are also available and perfect for preparing al-fresco meals, which can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining area; a shaded spot furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs. Comfy armchairs and sunbeds also decorate the outdoor area.
The finish element of the luxurious villa is an outside sauna room with glass windows where guests can relax and still be able to enjoy the stunning views this villa has to offer.
