To the sides the peaceful azure coastline is dotted with other first row high quality houses at fair distances from each other.
The owners are an active family who for years enjoy taking maximum advantage of the sea. They have chosen this four-bedroom property because it can support their activities: direct access to the water for canoes, windsurfing even a small dock for those that own a speed boat, amazing snorkeling amidst ancient ruins, a large plot with plenty of shaded areas for the after-hours, well shaded at all times with a BBQ facing the sea as well.

Refundable Security Deposit for Accidental Damages: On arrival or 3 days before arrival you will be asked to provide a credit card where we block Euro 400 as secutity deposit for accidental damages. No money is withdrawn from your card and there is no cost to you. This amount is released 48 hours after departure and inspection of the property which has to be in the same condition as it was delivered to you
