Protaras Beachront Villa Del Mare is located in a prestigious and quiet area right next to the famous Sirina Bay, a relatively secret spot favored mostly by the local tourists.
This child friendly, 3 bedroom villa features a very large private, mature and lawn covered garden ideal for sunbathing and relaxation and just a few steps from the beach. Villa Del mare offers ample outside furniture both for dinning and sunbathing as well as a fully equipped BBQ.
The ground floors is open plan living room area that opens up to the the front garden and is complete with comfortable sofas, dinning table and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. On the ground floor there is also the first double bedroom, a family bathroom and a guest WC.
The second floor features the second double bedroom and a second family bathroom that services the upstairs rooms. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom that is basically a complete studio on it own with a double bed, a sofa bed and a second fully equipped kitchen. The whole front of the bedroom opens up to a veranda that overlooks the garden and offers amazing sea views.
Directly behind the villa is a large communal pool that is shared by only two villas and six apartments and is usually very quiet as most people prefer the beach which is literally 30 meters away.
