SALT LAKE CITY

Two 17-story towers connected by a bridge by Avolo Properties were submitted to the commission for assessing the environmental impact of construction projects. “City in the city” - this is the concept of the project, whose name is Salt Lake City, located in the Skala area in Larnaca.

First - third floors will be reserved for restaurants, bars, exhibition halls and art galleries.

The 75-meter towers will be connected by a bridge into which a restaurant with a pool will be built, at the level of 7and 8 floors.

Total in the project: 16 studios and 16 apartments with one bedroom, 54 apartments with 2 bedrooms, 16 - with 3 bedrooms and 20 - with four.

The complex has 3 underground levels with 1169 parking spaces, including 72 parking lots for people with disabilities and 66 for bicycles. On the ground floor there will be a center of beauty and health.

The Salt Lake City project was developed by Archtube. The process of salt crystallization, which can be observed on the salt lake of Aliki, became an idea for the design of the towers, so they resemble salt crystals.

The approximate cost of the project is 75 million euros. Implementation time is 3.5 years.
