Paphos gets green light for €25M housing development

A €25 million residential project, "Navie," has been approved in Agia Marinouda, Paphos. The development features 12 apartment buildings with 105 units, accommodating up to 337 residents, and includes swimming pools and a shared gym. A key element is a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment system that will recycle water for irrigation.

The Department of Environment approved an assessment of potential environmental impacts, requiring strict mitigation measures during construction and operation, including dust control, noise reduction, and energy efficiency initiatives. Construction is expected to begin in October 2025 and be completed within two years.
