The Cyprus property market is adjusting to new realities

offer alternative schemes for acquiring their properties. In fact, if there is a down payment of 30% of the value of the selected property, the remaining amount is financed by the developer himself, without the participation of the bank.

Conditions for participation in the program:

- Initial payment - at least 30% of the total cost of the residence.

 - If it is necessary to apply for permanent residence, the amount of the first instalment must be at least 200 thousand euros. (according to the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus).

 - Payment schedule - in equal instalments within 1.5 - 2 years during the construction of the facility. During this period, the instalment plan is interest-free.

- At the request of customers, you can make payments in larger instalments.

- During the period of the instalment plan, the object is pledged by the developer company.

- The sale and purchase agreement is registered in accordance with the established procedure in the Land registry (Limassol Land registry).
