The demand of the CIS citizens for the European real estate has increased

At the moment, the CIS citizens have been showing an increased interest toward the Western European real estate market. Many of those are interested in buying property in Great Britain and France. During this year the demand for immovable property in the UK, France and Germany has increased by 35%. Experts point out that there is a high possibility that this year there will be even a larger number of sales contracts signed than last year. Overall, they are expecting a growth of 30-40%. According to the managing partner of the "Moscow Central Real Estate Exchange" Artem Tsogoev, at the same time as Western Europe is attractive for the preservation of capital, Cyprus and Greece look more appealing for the investors from abroad.
