The outcome of the trial drilling will be known in the nearest future

According
to the Ministry of Energy in Cyprus, the results of the trial drilling will be
out soon. According to the Minister of Energy George Lakkotrypis, from the
results it will be possible to construct a clear picture of how the natural recourses
could be used in the future.
The Minister has gave a speech in the Parliament, saying that the examinational drilling of the EEZ 9 is going well so far and very soon it will become clear what are potentials of the reserves.
The inspection is done by the Italian and Korean consortium - ENI-KOGAS. The same consortium is involved in the development processes of blocks 2 and 3.
