Larnaca Marina: final preparations

From the 1st of July this year, the project to build a marina and the arrangement of the port area of Larnaca will begin. Recently, the Cypriot newspaper "Fileleftheros", issued a statement, from representative of the joint venture "Zenonos", that the preparations for the signing of an agreement between the company and the Government of Cyprus, is completed. The purpose of the group is to make the port available for large cruise ships (longer than 310 m).

Zenon will also provide land to developers for the construction of residential units that will be sold on a 99 year lease. As well, the project will be upgraded room for passengers. «Zenon» plans are the construction of road from the Phinikoudes seafront until the roundabout port. Also part of the project is to create parking and shopping center. Note that to use the premises of the harbor and marina will pay to the State € 65 million.
