Property sales in Cyprus have been growing forsix consecutive months!
According to the Land Registry Department therewere 335 sales contracts signed this August, while last year at the same periodthere were only 266.
Although, a number of sales has slightlydropped in Nicosia and Paphos, in Limassol it has doubled! There is a 122.8%increase in property sale in Limassol. In Larnaca and Famagusta the annualproperty sales growth has also increased. In Larnaca it grew by 35% and inPaphos by 8.7%.
Over the last year, overall there were 2,995sales contracts deposited at the Land Registry Office. This is 23.2% more thanin the same period during the year 2013.
