A subsidiary of Sberbank - "Sberbank Capital" - bought 25.64% of the company registered in Cyprus GeoProMining Investment, says press center of the bank. GeoProMining Investment is engaged in gold mining, and molybdenum in Russia and Armenia.
"Sberbank Capital" has received a share in company during the additional issue of shares, said the subsidiary of Sberbank.
