The Ministry of Energy has made the first statement concerning the reconstruction of residential buildings.It is estimated that each object will be given a subsidy of between 50 and 70 % according to the type of investment – roof and wall insulation, installation of solar panels, smart meters, shading and installation of various energy efficient systems for cooling and heating.The highest amount is set at €20,000 or €25,000 for each unit within a building.Only one application may be submitted per unit.
Project cost is 8 mln.euro and is co-funded by the government and EU cohesion funds.Applications will be accepted between April 6 and December 23, 2016 or until the available budget will be limited.
