It will take a year and a half to build a 12-storey Trophybuilding with a height of 60 meters. At the moment, The Cyprus Department ofthe Environment is studying this application.
To the south-west of the proposed project, at a distance of8 km, there is a specially protected area and a public place "Larnaca Saltworks". However, it is emphasized that the implementation of the projectwill not affect the protected area.
The owner of the project is the TROPAION company. Thepartners in this project are the church of Agios Lazaros and the monastery ofAgios Georgios Kontos.

The aim of the project is to develop the economic potentialof this zone. The site on which the project will be located is locatedapproximately 15 km southwest of Larnaca Marina and east of the city center. Atthe same time, the activities of the business center are expected to furtherenrich and strengthen the social and economic potential of the eastern part ofLarnaca.
