A project to build an adjacenteight-story wing to the Crown Plaza has been submitted to the EnvironmentalDepartment for approval. The hotel owners decided to add a new block of 22rooms to the main building. Standard rooms will be built on the lower fourfloors, and suites with living rooms and kitchens on the upper floors. Arooftop garden will be built overlooking the sea and the city. An undergroundparking lot will also be built.
On the south side, a hall forconferences and entertainment will be erected, and on the east side - a roomfor a spa, massage rooms and a sauna.
The new wing adjacent to thehotel supports the trend of recent years, completing the construction of aseparate block of rooms or apartments, the owners of which can use the hotel'sinfrastructure. At one time, many Limassol hotels completed new blocks, whichwere successfully sold (4 seasons, St. Raphael, Mediterannean, Amara ....).
