CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION: All concrete construction will be made of reinforced concrete according to earthquake resistant based on anti-seismic study with Eurocodes.
INSULATIONS: A polythin layer of 110g/m² will be placed under all concrete slabs, which contact with the soil. Under all external walls there will be a layer of insulation (derbigam) 2mm thickness.
WALLS: First quality new generation thermal insulation bricks ‘’klimalite’’ 10 and 25 cm wide.
FLOORS: All floorings in the kitchen and living room will be ‘’Cifre’’ 60x60. In bedrooms all floorings will be ‘’Argenta’’ 22.5x60.All floorings in toilet rooms and bathrooms will be ‘’Argenta and ‘’Cifre’’. All floorings on the verandas will be ‘’Argenta’’ 60x60 and on building entrance ‘’Cifre’’ 60x120.
INTERNAL COATINGS: The walls will be coated with 3 layers of plaster (3rd coat finocem) spatula and then painted with emulsion paint. The ceilings will be fare face coated with spatula and painted with emulsion paint. In all toilet rooms, wall ceramic tiles will be installed.
EXTERNAL COATINGS: All the external surfaces will be equipped by thermal insulation with 8cm polystyrene, paint and grafiato as are shown on drawings
THERMAL INSULATION: Thermal insulation to side walls and the roof with 8cm polystyrene (Styrofoam)
INTERNAL OPENINGS: All internal apartments entrance doors will be 60 min fireproof with 14 keyholes. Bedrooms and bathrooms cupboards and wardrobes will be Italian made of laminate. Video intercom system will be installed for each apartment.
CAPENTRY: ‘’Ar-Tre’’ Italian Kitchens skeleton, benches, with soft-close cupboards made of lacquered white MDF as they appear in the designs. Countertops will be made of synthetic granite. In all toilet rooms laminate sink furniture will be installed. Laminate cabinets will be installed for the clothes-dryer and washing-machine area.
FITMENTS AND HANDLES: Fitments and handles on doors, cupboards and kitchen benches will be installed.
SANITARY WARE: All sanitary ware and fitments for each apartment will be Grohe, Franke, Sorento, Gala and Karag,
HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION: Full hydraulic installation of hot and cold water. A water tank of 800lt capacity for each apartment and a boiler will be installed. Water pressure booster ‘’Queen MG’’ will be installed for each apartment also.
SOLAR PANELS: Solar panels ‘’Luxor’’ will be installed 1.0 kw for two-bedroom apartments.
PROVISIONS: All Provisions for electrical kitchen devices. Duct type Air conditioning ‘’Haier’’ with VRV system will be installed for each apartment in kitchen-living room area. Provisions for VRV system A/C in all bedrooms for each apartment.
RAILINGS: The railings will be according to the drawings.
PARKING: Each apartment will have its own covered parking space and storage area
WARRANTIES: 10 years for roof insulations and 18 months for poor workmanship
