Booking conditions
- Minimum nights of stay – 14 nights. Less than 14 nights an extra charge of 100 – 150 euro will be applied (in this case minimum nights of stay is 5 nights).
- According to the rules, time of check-in is after 15:00, time of check-out is before 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out makes a reservation in addition. In case of availability of Premises is possible to prolong stay till 18:00.
- Prices are per night.
- Electricity (€0.26 /kWh) & water (€3 /m3) expenses are extra paid as per meter reading - upon departure.
- Refundable deposit €500 against damages is to be paid upon arrival.
- Cleaning services and bed linen change can be provided upon request in additional cost.
