The interior design of the Olive Garden Residence was inspired by the idea of space and lightmodeling and laconic use of natural finishing materials. The furniture,fixtures and garniture elements are interconnected and all carefully selectedto be in line with the interior details. They are harmoniously combinedtogether, complementing one another, creating the overall integrity of spaceand emphasizing the modern style of the interior.
The interior design was created by the architects anddesigners of the "DEcoDE Büro" studio in Moscow. The author of thedesign project is the art director of the studio, Mr. Igor Satiskov:
“One of the importantcriteria in designing the interior of our residence was the optimal spaceergonomics, where with the help of scattered light, we managed to create thepercept of illuminated walls and ceilings, and airy space. The premises arefree from internal partitions to a maximum level for an increased sense of anopen space. The large, floor-to-ceiling windows help to saturate the place withdaylight, connecting the living area with spacious verandas and making them acontinuation of the interior, thereby increasing the size of the rooms.”
As a result of a tender, the main contractor involved in theconstruction of the project, was chosen to be a top A category –contractor withover 30 years of experience in construction. The beam-free technology forreinforced concrete ceilings introduced in the project ensures high resistanceto bending loads. In addition such technology significantly lowers thepossibility of cracks formation in the concrete, which increases the overalldurability of the entire construction.
